As Christian parents, our aspirations extend beyond earthly successes: we yearn for our children to embrace faith, find purpose, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace. Yet, amidst the beauty of this journey, there are daunting shadows, often unspoken battles that our teens face silently, battling against the currents of depression, anxiety, panic attacks and tragically, even thoughts of suicide. This blog post is aimed at equipping you on how to help your teenagers through real-life struggles.
